Program Director (2 positions)

The Chang School is looking for 2 Program Directors to drive the success and overall administration of an assigned portfolio of programs. The Program Director is responsible for contributing to the business growth and new opportunities of the portfolio area, providing program leadership with respect to academic excellence, program delivery, partner engagement, and other administrative functions within the framework created by The Chang School.

The successful candidate will be assigned a portfolio and will be responsible to provide oversight of a number of existing Chang School programs in the Arts or in Community Services. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead the initiatives to expand the portfolio in ways that are aligned with Chang School objectives by building on the current programming and initiating new community engagement projects.
